要求移除檔案

依《個人資料保護法》,您有權要求本平台刪除依公開資料所建立、與您相關的創作者檔案及統計資料。本頁說明申請方式與處理程序。

一、如何提出刪除申請

於您的創作者檔案頁點選「要求移除此檔案」,填寫聯絡 Email 後送出;或
來信 service@syis.com.tw,主旨註明「檔案移除申請」,並附上您的社群帳號連結或檔案網址,以便我們定位。

二、我們會如何處理

於收到申請後 15 個工作日內完成處理,並以 Email 回覆結果。
自平台移除該檔案及相關統計、分析資料,包含經 YouTube API 服務取得之公開統計,以及經 Facebook 登入授權取得之粉專 / Instagram 帳號識別資料。
將該社群帳號列入排除名單,日後不再重新建檔。
例外:已成立合作關係之相關紀錄,如因法令保存義務或爭議處理需要,將於必要範圍與期間內保留並限制其利用。

Data deletion instructions (English)
You may ask CKPeer to delete the creator profile and all related data we hold about you, including public statistics obtained through YouTube API Services and the Facebook Page / Instagram account identifiers obtained through Facebook Login. Either click "要求移除此檔案" (Request removal) on your profile page and submit your contact email, or email service@syis.com.tw with the subject "Profile removal request" and a link to your social account or profile. We complete the deletion within 15 business days, confirm by email, and add the account to an exclusion list so it is never re-indexed. Records of completed collaborations may be retained only where required by law or for dispute handling. You can also unlink an account at any time under 創作者中心 → 帳號綁定與設定, or remove CKPeer under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
